Potential Lawsuit and request to remove certain board member

There have been repeated requests to hire a lawyer (Victoria Archer) to represent the best interests of the Condo Corporation 1922086 by Elias Katsikas, Demetri Katsikas and Girish Pandit.  Shazad Mardhani has been using tactics to stall on this matter.  He has only allowed 4 out of the 6 board members to vote on any matters concerning the Condo Corporation 1922086 since it was turned over from the developers.  Shazad has engaged in providing professional services to members affiliated with 1987998 Alberta Ltd.  He has also admitted to having dinner with Girish Pandit who has now changed his mind from a vote to hire a lawyer to represent the best interest of the Condo Corp 1922086 to now joining in the potential threat and lawsuit against the Condo Board and some of its members.  Victoria Archer has been contacted again by Elias Katsikas and she has agreed to be the legal counsel for the Condominium Corp 1922086.  She now requires a new vote from the board as Shazad's communication with her office in the past was ineffective in soliciting her services on behalf of the Condo Corp 1922086.
